Sellers rushes for 153 yards, two touchdowns in 28-6 home win

LOWER LAKE >> LaDontea Sellers rushed for 153 yards and two touchdowns on Saturday as the Lower Lake Trojans beat Fort Bragg 28-6 in Mendo-Lake Empire Junior Football League junor varsity action at Lower Lake.
Kameron Richardson added 56 yards and a touchdown as Lower Lake improved to 4-2. Fredrick Jeffries had 28 yards while scoring a touchdown and three extra points.
“Judah O’Keefe, Tucker Heywood, Quentynn Conner, Marco Ochoa and the entire defense had outstanding tackles and teamwork throughout the whole game,” Lower Lake coach Chris Jeffries said. “I’m proud of the hard work the kids have put in so far this season.”
Lower Lake hosts plays Napa at home next Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
