Adrian Guzman, Marco Soto combined for nine goals in road victory over Upper Lake

UPPER LAKE >> Adrian Guzman scored five times and assisted on three other Obsidian Middle School goals as the Bears shut out Upper Lake Middle School 10-0 in co-ed soccer action Wednesday afternoon at Upper Lake.
The Bears (1-1) scored five times in each half. Marco Soto tallied four of Obsidian’s goals and Axel Jimenez had the other.
Jairo Zuniga and Anthony Gonzalez both had assists for Obsidian.
Obsidian opened the season March 24 with a 4-3 loss to Mountain Vista Middle School of Kelseyville. The Bears return to action Monday against Middletown Middle School at Lower Lake High School.
