Club members compete in two different tournaments during Sunday action

MIDDLETOWN >> Members of the Northshore Wrestling Club brought home awards from two tournaments on Sunday while competing in the Middletown New Year’s Resolution in Middletown and the 15th annual California Republic Invitational in Tulare, a TOC qualifier.
At Middletown, Liam Walston and Isais Narvaes finished first while Keegan Janssen came in second.
At Tulare, Gabriel Navarro finished first in the TOC qualifier. In the second/third-grade division, Caleb Wilson came in first, Cristian Navarro placed second, and Amara Boone took third.
Head coach DJ Navarro couldn’t be in two places at once, so he was grateful for the help of several parents.
