Seven county wrestlers compete with Spring Hills Performance Center at tourney

RENO >> Seven Lake County wrestlers competing with the Spring Hills Performance Center – The Best Wrestler produced a handful of top finishes Saturday at the Rocky Mountain Nationals Rumble in Reno.
Jay T. Farrell won the championship belt in the 13-and-under 109-pound division while Maverick Paminto secured two second-place medals in the 8-and-under 62-pound and 66-pound divisions.
Brody McDaniel finished true second in the girls 12-and-under 80-pound division.
Third-place medals went to Brantley Paminto in the 10-and-under 113-pound division, to Brayden Paminto in the 13-and-under 88-pound division, to Christian Navarro in the 9-and-under 61-pound division, and to Jayce Huber in the 7-and-under 78-pound division.
Brantley Paminto added a fifth-place finish in the 10-and-under 100-pound division, and Hubert finished sixth in the rookie 8-and-under 78-pound division.
Spring Hills Performance finished sixth out of 191 teams.
