Vikings shut out Upper Lake for first league victory

UPPER LAKE >> Santiago Garcia and Jeanette Luevano scored two goals apiece Monday as the Terrace Middle School co-ed soccer team defeated Upper Lake 6-0 at Lakeport.
It was the first league win of the season for Terrace (1-2 league, 2-2 overall).
Selena Carbajal and Mano Garcia also scored goals for the Vikings.
“Mano also played a huge role in defending for a shutout game,” Terrace head coach Becca Joyce said.
Terrace hosts Obsidian on Wednesday.
