Elijah Tucker, Logun Whittle, Colin Crow, Maverick Paminto go undefeated

PALO CEDRO >> Elijah Tucker, Logun Whittle, Colin Crow, Maverick Paminto and John Young of the Gladiators Wrestling Club all came away with first-place finishes Saturday during the Eastside Classic TOC in Palo Cedro.
The Gladiators ended up fifth in the 24-team field.
Tucker, competing in the non-TOC varsity division, went 4-0 with three pins while Logun Whittle won the varsity 100-pound division by going 3-0 with two pins. Crow went 4-0 with two pins and one technical fall in the K-2nd 50-pound division, Paminto went 3-0 with three pins in the K-2nd 60-pound division, and Young went 2-0 with one pin and one technical fall in the K-2nd 95-pound division.
Second-place finishes went to Tucker (K-1), Crow (JV), Tyler Luciano (JV) and Kameron Colston (varsity).
Finishing third were Brayden Paminto (varsity), Jameson Philpot (K-2), William Villa (K-2), Thomas Philpot (JV), Brantley Paminto (JV) and Fredrick Jeffries (JV).
Placing fourth were Thomas Philpot (varsity) and Olyver Dugger (K-2).
