Club volleyball team is runner-up in 18 Open gold division at Sunset Cup in Roseville

ROSEVILLE >> Kelseyville High School sophomore Riley Hanson, the co-most valuable player in the North Central League I during the 2025 season, helped the Empire 16/17 National club team finish second in the 18 Open gold division during last weekend’s Sunset Cup in Roseville.
Empire 16/17 posted a 7-1 mark, losing only to an Austrian National team in the championship match.
The next stop for Empire 16/17 is the AAU Nationals in June.
