Genesis Garcia scores twice in 5-0 non-league victory

LAKEPORT >> Genseis Garcia scored twice as the Clear Lake Cardinals shut out Point Arena 5-0 in non-league girls soccer action at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport.
Giselle Carbajal, Hailey Perez and Amelie Davis also scored for the Cardinals (6-7-1). Carbajal also had an assist.
“A good match, a positive match,” Clear Lake head coach Gustavo Carbajal said.
Clear Lake resumes its North Central League I schedule Thursday in Fort Bragg at 5 p.m.
