A, B volleyball matches go to visiting Broncos in Wednesday action

LAKEPORT >> Middletown Middle School’s volleyball teams notched league wins Wednesday against the Terrace School Vikings in Lakeport.
Middletown A rallied for 20-25, 25-19, 15-3 win behind a huge serving night by Carlee Williams, who finished with 16 service points, nine of them aces. She also had three kills. Also for the Broncos, Stella Brand had nine service points with two aces, and Lily Day had three aces and two kills.
Anaya Kilstrom was all over the court for Middletown and provided the team with some key saves. She finished the match with 14 digs and a kill.
In the B match, Middletown won 25-13, 28-26. Mia Martin led the way with 18 service points, including 12 aces, and Aleah Kilstrom had four kills, three aces and three assists. Remmi Harbison added three aces, three assists and two kills.
Middletown’s teams return to action Wednesday in Kelseyville.
