ROHNERT PARK >> Middletown High School’s Bodhi Moore missed the cut by three strokes Monday during the North Coast Section Division 2 Qualifier at the par-72 Foxtail North Golf Club in Rohnert Park.

Only the low 18 rounds in the 144-man field move on to the Division 1 Championships next Monday in Fairfield, and it took at least a score of 6-over-par 78 to earn one of those 18 berths.

Will Chang of College Prep was the medalist with a 3-under-par round of 69, the only golfers to break par in the field. Theodore Anderson of Marin Catholic had the next-best round with 73. Six other golfers shot 74s. Archer Eames of Miramonte and Chris Chang of College Prep won the third- and fourth-place tiebreakers, respectively.

Moore had the lowest round among the 10 Coastal Mountain Conference South golfers in the field. Keoni Holmes of CMC North team Mendocino also finished with 81. Eli Goldberg (87) of Sonoma Academy and Andrew Mendes (88) of St. Helena had the other top rounds among CMC South golfers.

Moore, a senior, fired the low round in all eight CMC South matches this season as the Mustangs finished third in the final conference standings. He did help lead Middletown to back-to-back South championships in 2023 and 2024.
