Middletown Wrestling Club hosts New Year’s Resolution tournament

MIDDLETOWN >> Brodie McDaniel, Ryder Fannuchi and Ryder Kennedy of the host Middletown Wrestling Club brought home first-place medals from the second annual New Year’s Resolution tournament Sunday at Middletown High School.
The event drew more than 100 wrestlers from Lake County and surrounding counties.
Middletown wrestlers taking second-place medals were McDaniel, Kian Woods, Xavier Yebra, Mason Lau, Elias Hood and Micah Sims.
Third-place medals went to Fannuchi, Jeremy Wins, Rhys Davis and Levi Rodrigues.
