“We won the match today, so I’m happy about that, but just when I feel like we have taken a couple steps forward, we take a couple steps back,” Kelseyville head coach Kc White said. “Our defense was lacking today, and we struggled in serve receive again. I want to see us play up to our potential next week, our final week of the season.”

Other Kelseyville leaders against Orland were Sebastian Cacho with four kills on five swings and three digs, and Miguel Corona with six assists and four digs.

“We only have a couple more practices left this season, but we will continue to work on the areas that need fixing as we tune up for Roseland University on Wednesday at 5 p.m., and then senior night on Thursday at 6 p.m. vs. Technology,” White said. “I’m confident that we can close this season strong and make a push toward the postseason.”
