Buechler, Perez post second-place finishes

SACRAMENTO >> Nikki Buechler placed second at 235 pounds and Ariel Perez came in second at 145 pounds as Clear Lake High School wrestlers took part in the fifth annual Cotter Memorial Wrestling Tournament on Saturday in Sacramento.
Fourth-place finishes went to Ashlynn Noisat at 105 pounds, Liliana Cortes at 120 pounds and Madisyn Brown at 135 pounds.
For the Clear Lake boys, Conri Richardson and Preston Van Meter came in fourth, and William Greene was sixth at 190 pounds.
