SANTA ROSA >> Middletown High School’s cross country team turned in one of its best performances of the season Thursday during the Coastal Mountain Conference Championships on the 2.97-mile Spring Lake course in Santa Rosa.
“Amazing day for our cross team out at CMCs,” Middletown head coach Taylor Tiraterra said. “We sadly fell just short in both divisions, but half the team got season PRs (personal-best times), and some got all-time goals for their final race, so I was very proud of them.”
