Fort Bragg scores 12 times in first inning, beats Middletown 22-4

FORT BRAGG >> A 12-run first inning by the Fort Bragg Timberwolves put the Middletown High School junior varsity baseball team in a Grand Canyon-type hole, and the Mustangs ended up losing 22-4 in North Central League I action Wednesday in Fort Bragg.
Valentin Jimenez went 2-for-3 with a RBI for one of the few bright spots for Middletown. Diego Pimentel and Donovan Clark also drove in runs.
The Middletown JVs play at Lower Lake on Thursday.
