All three wrestlers reach medal podium at Folkstyle State Championships

FRESNO >> Three of six Lake County wrestlers competing with the Spring Hills Performance Center – The Best Wrestler reached the medal podium last weekend at the California USA Folkstyle State Championship in Fresno.
Jay T. Farrell placed second in the schoolboys 105-pound division, a 32-man bracket, while Brodie McDaniel came in third in the schoolgirls 80-pound division, a four-man bracket. Brantley Paminto added a fifth-place medal in the novice boys 92-pound division, a 29-man bracket.
Also competing were Cristian Navarro, Maverick Paminto and Brayden Paminto.
