Brooklynn Tubbs goes 4-for-4 with triple, four RBIs in league win

MIDDLETOWN >> Winning pitcher Crystal Pepper struck out eight and Brooklynn Tubbs went 4-for-4 with a triple and four RBIs as the Lower Lake High School junior varsity softball team beat the Middletown Mustangs 19-8 in five innings Tuesday afternoon in Middletown.
Monae Rogers went 2-for-4 with a pair of triples for the Trojans (4-3 overall) and Maddy Garner had a standup triple in the North Central League I game.
Lower Lake stole 13 bases.
