Hobbs, Montero help lift Knights to 30-22 victory over Willits

WILLITS >> Grace Hobbs put up team-leading totals of 11 points and eight steals Friday night as the Kelseyville High School junior varsity girls basketball team opened the season with a 30-22 non-league win over the Willits Wolverines in Willits.
Yuri Montero added eight points and Aubree Sperber had six points and four steals for the Knights (1-0) in the coaching debut of Elizabeth Berry.
Kelseyville returns to action Saturday, Nov. 30 at the Piner Tournament in Santa Rosa.
