The Cougars finished with 373 rushing yards, averaging nearly 12 yards per attempt. Kingden Sullivan added 16 yards on eight carries with one touchdown, and Aurora Pimentel had 37 yards on five carries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upper Lake led 7-6 after one quarter, 14-12 at halftime and 21-12 through three quarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dominic Hollander anchored the Northshore defense with four total tackles while Andreas Flores Smith added three solo tackles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe victory was a complete team effort,\u201d Northshore head coach Ernie Jons said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Northshore (1-0) has a bye next weekend, and all of the league\u2019s teams take Sept. 5 off for the Labor Day holiday.
