Club volleyball team wins two out of three matches at Mendocino College in Ukiah<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UKIAH >> The Konocti Bay 13s club volleyball team wrapped up its season Sunday at a club tournament in Ukiah, going 2-1 in the four-team field at Mendocino College in Ukiah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Made up of 11- and 12-year-olds, the Konocti Bay 13s club came in second, finishing behind only the Konocti Bay 14s (3-0).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 13s started their day off strong with a 25-16, 25-23 win over the Ukiah Prism 14s. Feeling a bit intimidated in their next match against the Konocti Bay 14s, the 13s dropped the first set 25-9 but played much better in the second set, a 25-19 loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Konocti 13s came back strong in their final match, rallying for a 16-25, 25-14, 15-13 win against Team Vibe of Middletown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
