{"id":4311,"date":"2025-10-13T20:52:37","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T20:52:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/?p=4311"},"modified":"2025-10-13T20:52:37","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T20:52:37","slug":"upper-lake-middle-school-finishes-second","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/?p=4311","title":{"rendered":"Upper Lake Middle School finishes second"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Wildcats fall to Mountain Vista in Spikefest championship match<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake County Sports on Facebook<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UPPER LAKE &gt;&gt; Upper Lake Middle School\u2019s A volleyball team earned runner-up honors in its own tournament, the Spikefest, on Saturday in Upper Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wildcats won all three of their pool matches, beating Point Arena and Eagle Peak (Redwood Valley) in straight sets to reach the semifinal against Pomolita (Ukiah). Upper Lake won that match 25-23, 25-23 to earn a spot in the finals opposite Mountain Vista Middle School.
