{"id":1716,"date":"2024-12-19T00:55:44","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T00:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/?p=1716"},"modified":"2024-12-19T00:56:35","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T00:56:35","slug":"krohn-schnabl-are-all-county-co-mvps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/?p=1716","title":{"rendered":"Schnabl, Krohn are All-County co-MVPs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Thirteen players named to 2024 edition of All-County volleyball team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake County Sports on Facebook<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LAKE COUNTY &gt;&gt; Kelseyville High School seniors Nyejzniya Krohn and Cali Schnabl are the co-most valuable players on the 2024 edition of the All-Lake County volleyball team as selected by Lake County Sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krohn, a middle hitter, and Schnabl, a libero, were instrumental in leading the Knights to an undisputed North Central League I championship (12-2) and 17-7 overall record, that included a win over San Leandro in the opening round of the North Coast Section playoffs. The Knights lost to St. Joseph Notre Dame in the quarterfinals, and the Pilots from Alameda went on to win the section title and finish second in the NorCal playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joining Krohn and Schnabl on the All-County first team were teammates Olivia Hommer, a senior, and Bella Patti, a junior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also earning first-team honors were a trio of Middletown Mustangs led by seniors Mia Hoogendoorn and Makayla Mace. Also selected was sophomore Isa Barnes.
