Emma Davis added six points while Grace Williams had five points, four steals and one block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Middletown head coach Shannon Williams also noted contributions from Nevaeh Wienke and Alina Kilstrom, each with four steals, and Alynna Jimenez Cruz, who blocked two shots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe came out of the gate playing tough defense,\u201d Williams said. \u201cWe slowed down a little more than I would have liked on offense in the second half, but we still managed to hold them to only six points all game.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Added Williams, \u201cAnaya Kilstrom was everywhere today, getting steals, assists, blocks and rebounds.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Middletown\u2019s A team hits the road this weekend to participate in the Jaycees Tournament in Crescent City. There are six brackets, with eight teams per bracket, and the Broncs are competing in the AAA division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSo we will have some excellent competition,\u201d Williams said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the B game on Monday, Middletown won 22-2 behind Sophia Azevedo\u2019s double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds.
