Kelseyville High School baseball<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Kelseyville&#8217;s sophomore pitcher\/outfielder closed out the 2026 season with a solid week on the field. He pitched a complete-game six-hitter in a 7-2 first-round playoff win over Stuart Hall, striking out nine. He also led the Knights at the plate in the road game, going 4-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. In a quarterfinal-round matchup three days later at home against Concord, Smart went 2-for-4 with a RBI triple in a season-ending 11-5 loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"341\" height=\"578\" src=\"https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/smart-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6742\" style=\"width:839px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/smart-1.jpg 341w, https:\/\/briansumptersports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/smart-1-177x300.jpg 177w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 341px) 100vw, 341px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Girls<\/strong> <strong>(final edition for 2025-26 sports season)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Faith McIntire (Sr.) Clear Lake High School softball<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Playing the final game of her high school career, McIntire went 2-for-3 with two doubles, a sacrifice fly, a walk and four RBIs overall in a season-ending 13-10 loss to Concord in the opening round of the North Coast Section Division 5 playoffs at Lakeport. McIntire reached base in every one of her at-bats, including once on an error.
